It happened AGAIN!
I really need to step up my blogging game. So much has changed since January! I don't even know where to start. I will do a Paisley update. And another one on Anistyn. This is going to be one of the main ways that I will be documenting our adventures in our new home in WISCONSIN! yep, thats right. We moved 2 weeks ago and we are now in Green Bay. I never thought I would be living in another state, but here I am. Not only am I living here, but I am actually enjoying it. I miss family, and by besties, but I am making the most of it, and its been an adventure already. Pictures to come. Stay tuned, this blog is going to explode with updates!

Anistyn: The Good, Bad, and Ugly.
I gave a brief summary of Anistyn in my last post, but I wanted to add a little more about her, as well as add some of my favorite pictures of her from the last year or so. (In no particular order)
Anistyn is super smart and has an amazing memory. In August, Robs dad and stepmom were in town. We were getting ready to move, so they offered to take Anistyn with them to Costco. They spoiled her with a puzzle. Thanksgiving time came around, and we were driving and we drove by costco, and Anistyn said "That is the costco I went to with papa and grandma Dana, and they got me my puzzle piece." Totally Random, and with no prompting, she remembered that specific time to Costco. (even though we had been there since) Rob and I were really impressed. She is also very good at remembering and singing songs, and she is starting to quote movies and tv shows. She also remembers to have me do things, like tell her to tell me to do the school or bedtime rules. She quotes the rules like there is nothing to them. She has a very extensive vocabulary and there are times where I am asking myself where she learned that from. She is sharp and picks up on things very easily. She loves books, coloring, and puzzles.
Anistyn is a good big sister. Most of the time she really likes Paisley. Lately she has liked playing with her, and teaching her. I love hearing her say "Come on Pais, lets go on an adventure" and take her hand and go off somewhere together. She loves to help get Paisley to bed, and give her bedtime kisses (Paisley usually only gives Anistyn and Rob kisses) Anistyn also likes to do things to help me out around the house, like trying to sweep and vacuum. She doesn't like to clean up her toys if you tell her to (most of the time) but she loves to clean if she gets the idea her self. she has recently discovered how much she likes helping me with the dishes, which is always a wet and long process but its fun having her learn new things.
Anistyn is in Preschool, about half way through her first year (due to her birthday, she will be doing 3 years) She loves her teacher, and loves going to school to see her friends. She loves telling me about the crafts they do, and the letters that she learns. she loves to count, and things she is super smart when she counts to 100. (Which is usually 1-20, 100!) she loves to make patterns and then count things out. She is still really good with her alphabet and I love that she is starting to recognize letters. (She loves to go around looking for A, for Anistyn) She knows what her name looks like, and can say her whole name (Anistyn Cambre Kaleolani Carter) In fact, she can say Paisleys whole name too. (I told you, she has a good vocabulary!) She loves going through family members names. She's super curious.
Now for the ugly (not really Ugly, because Anistyn is Beautiful no matter what) But year, Anistyn got infantigo. Its a bacteria that causes sores. She got it on her Ear, under her earring, and then played with it, and it spread to her nose. Not fun at all. luckily its treatable and went away rather quick. This last October, she got it AGAIN. This time it spread to her lips. She went to bed one night with slightly chapped lips, and woke up with black lips. Luckily the Dr was able to see us, and gave us an antibiotic that cleared it up in a matter of hours. Now we just have to deal with the fact that she picks at her face at bedtime, so its not healing (Its min January and she still has a sore on her nose.- crazy little girl. luckily its healing. (You will see in the pictures)
All in All, Anistyn is the most amazing little girl. She is so spunky, and independent that she drives me nuts sometimes, but I wouldn't trade her for anything. She is the most special spirit. She is so in tune with other peoples feelings and is always close by for a kiss or a hug for anybody that wants one. Her laugh is infectious, and it brings a smile to my face every day. Being her mom is one of my greatest blessings. She has taught me unconditional love and patience and how wonderful life is. I love my little pig, all the way to the moon, and back.

Here are a few of my favorite pictures of Anistyn.
We went to Wheeler farm with out friends Amie and Elisa. our girls are so cute together!
Anistyn and I loved making "Paisley Sandwiches"
I made the girls matching Thanksgiving shirts, I think they turned out really cute!
Anistyn learned to climb out of her crib in December 2014. We would often find her in our bed (like the picture, Or we would find her downstairs watching TV at 3AM
These are some of my favorite pictures of Anistyn. They really capture her personality
Anistyn got her first (and only) hair cut in Jan 2015. She was in despirate need of it, but we all thought she looked like Johnny Depp in Willey Wonka. I very much prefer long hair and no bangs.
We took Anistyn to the Childrens museum at Thanksgiving point and Anistyn LOVED it.
We took Anistyn to Jungle Jims. She is fearless.
Anistyn got to hold her first hamster at a super bowl party
Checking out her Valentine party loot.
We went to the aquarium with friends.
Anistyn was finally tall enough to go on the Farris Wheel at Scheels (and she always asks to go again)
We went to the Zoo with Hallie. These two are so cute together!
Rob and I took Anistyn to the Childrens Museum at the Gateway.
She got her face painted at her cousins birthday party
We went to the tulip festival with Hallie
One of the many expamples of How Anistyn is a "fashionesta"
See what I mean? (she loved this swimsuit for a long time)
she moved her chair to the stove to get some brownies, she thought she was sneeky (see the swimsuit again?)
Papa and Grandma Dana came in town in August 2015 and took the girls to the reservoir. Anistyn loved the water and spending time with them.
When we moved in August, I told Anistyn the binkies stayed at the old house. It was long over due and I thought she would have a hard time without it, but she handled it like a champ and never asked for one again. this was the last night with them.
I told Anistyn to put her panties on, This was not what I was expecting, But it sure made me laugh
Such style
I got the courage up to curl her hair.
She is so Beautiful!
Anistyn Started Preschool in the fall of 2015. Her teacher is Angie Fugate, and Anistyn loves her and all her new friends.
Rob and I took the girls on a hike up to Silver Lake Over Labor Day weekend. The girls loved being outside.
The next weekend, we took the girls to Park city to do the Alpine Slide
Anistyn wanted to be Doc Mcstuffins for her Dr apt. She was so cute. The dr was giving Paisley
her check up, and Anistyn was giving the Dr a check up. Our Dr is so Awesome, he even sang the check up song from Doc Mcstuffins while Anistyn checked his heartbeat.
Anistyn was a pirate for HallFween 2015. Funny story of the night. we were finishing up trick or treating in my sister in laws neighborhood when Anistyn told me she had to go potty. I told her she had to hold it and we would head back to Cindys house. some cousins wanted to stop at a couple houses on the way back, and of course Anistyn wanted to stop too. All the sudden one of my nephews came up to me and said Anistyn had gone into the house. and I heard the lady at the door saying someone came running in saying they had to go potty.
She had already rushed into the house, found the bathroom (she kicked out some girl getting ready for a party) and went right in to do her business. She came out, and got a long talking to about not going into strangers houses, but Rob and I were laughing pretty hard.
We took Anistyn ice skating for the first time in November 2015
Anistyn had her first School Program. It was so fun watching her. She did great!
Of course we went to see the christmas lights at temple square (with about the rest of the state- it was packed) but the girls loved it.
These are Anistyns school pictures. I need to figure out how to save them to the comp, and they are not just screen shots from my phone.
Meeting Santa 2015
Do you wanna build a snowman?
Anistyn loves to give Rob check ups. This time his diagnosis was fuzzy hair-itis and the prescription was brushing his hair. I love her imagination.
Selfie Sunday
She loves playing in the snow!
